Non Chlorine Barrier BOPP Film
ECO FILM
[INTRODUCTION]
"ECO"
is biaxially oriented film with gas barrier and has the
film structure without chlorine polymer so it realizes enviromentally safe.
"ECO" has as much
gas barrier as PVDC coated film and it will especially be
suitable for the application for good.
Moreover, "ECO"
does not contain any material includes chlorine polymer so
that it does not relieve any noxious gas contaminates chlorine when burnt.
"ECO"is biaxially
oriented film extruding with EVOH, so it has smaller humidity dependency
of Oxygen Transmission Rate than the coated type that has same
film structure.And compared to deposited transparent
film, "ECO" keeps gas barrier
well when bent.
This characteristicis suitable for wide range of packaging
contents from snacks to fabricated food which
hasrelatively higher moisture ratio.
[CHARACTERISTICS]
*Gas barrier
"ECO" has high
gas and aroma barrier characteristics to be extruded with functional
EVOH.
*Enviromental
As "ECO" does
not includes chlorine polymer in its structure, it does not relieve any
noxious gas contaminates chlorine when burnt.
*Conversion
As OPP is the extruded on the surface of "ECO"
, it could be printed and laminated as same as
conventional OPP film.

it excluded boiling and soaking in water, we don't
restrict an application range of your uses.However, as
a little differing depending on a film configuration,
wrapping form, and shelf life, please inquire them or
confirm them at a live cartridge test implying a printing
and laminating process in advance.
