Encompassed by the Noubi Mountains, the site is known for its scenic beauty that includes looking down upon the crystal waters of the Kisogawa River. The Gifu Factory is positioned between the Imawatari Dam and the Otabashi start point of the outward-bound line for Nihon Rhein. The factory was established in 1952. We are proud to continue development year after year as the largest activated carbon factory in Japan.
